Meet Annie Floyd, FNP | Owner & Medical Director
Annie Floyd, FNP | Owner & Medical Director
Annie Floyd is a Family Nurse Practitioner, owner and Medical Director of Renew You Medical Wellness. She brings 24 years of nursing experience, including approximately 18–20 years working in ICU and critical care, along with six years of experience in regenerative medicine, aesthetics and hormone care.
As Medical Director, Annie oversees care at Renew You and currently performs the majority of patient consultations. Her training includes advanced peptide education as well as certifications in Botox and dermal filler treatments.
Annie’s approach is centered around personalized care. Rather than assuming the treatment a patient asks for is automatically the right choice, she takes time to understand their concerns, goals and lifestyle before recommending the most appropriate options.
Annie graduated as a nurse from Brigham Young University in 2002 and earned her Master’s in Nursing from Chamberlain University. Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, she has broad experience.
She loves being with her family and young children, exploring the beauty of Colorado, and enjoying a good book.

Renew You Medical Wellness accepts major credit cards, cash, checks, Venmo and Zelle. HSA and FSA funds may also be accepted for eligible services.

Yes. Consultations are currently complimentary with no obligation to proceed with treatment.
Your consultation gives your provider an opportunity to understand your concerns and goals, answer your questions and recommend the treatment options that may be most appropriate for you.
Renew You does not bill insurance for treatments. Laboratory testing performed through LabCorp may be eligible for insurance billing, and medications filled through a pharmacy may also be covered depending on your individual insurance plan.

Every treatment plan is personalized. Sometimes a patient comes in expecting one treatment, but after evaluating their concerns and goals, another option may be more appropriate.
For that reason, we prefer to meet with you first, understand what you would like to achieve and recommend the most suitable treatment before providing an exact treatment price.
